Just read that Director Wolfgang Peterson ( Neverending Story, Das Boot, Air Force One ) is going to make a live-action movie of one of my favorites " Paprika". Have not read the manga so maybe there is room for another movie.

what Hny what no say no i just boot imagin that a live action

I'd love it. It was one of the main films I discussed at our Religion in Anime and Manga panel last year, for its relationship to Tibetan Bon techniques of lucid dreaming.

...But why? Seriously, it's a good movie, but why could they possibly be thinking of making it live action? I can't imagine it being an improvement. In fact, I can't imagine most of the scenes even working in live action. This is bizarre.

That will be very trippy.

maybe they will hand out acid in the theater? i love this movie, it is one of our few blue rays

Paprika was a novel before it was a comic. I don't know what the differences are between the two, but I'm always excited for a new take on a good story. :>
