Title: ALL Gaming staff(Tabletop included)

This is a message from your friendly Gaming Manager.
I would like to get a meeting planned for all gaming staff and potential gaming staff(tabletop is where we could use a few more hands).
July 11th is the general meeting in Salem. Would we like to do a gaming meeting afterward or on a separate day. Please let me know. If not on the meeting I will set up a different day.

How is it that I always manage to have DDR tournaments on the same days as general meetings?  I could swear I've been checking these things to make sure conflicts don't happen. :/

Anyway, July 11th would NOT work for me.  The 12th would be perfect though.

LoL.  Well, since I'm local to Salem, the 11th will be great then whenever the other day is planned should work.

I run a lot of DDR tournaments outside of cons as well as the ones at cons. :P

I have no car so was unable to come to any meetings outside Portland but I'll be at Portland meetings.

I spent a lot of the Con in and around tabletop last year - many hours teaching/coaching/playing GO last year, because we had the hallways. Since we don't have those great open hallways for play at the Hilton, I'm interested in seeing how we can work additional play time outside the two workshops (hey, they aren't on Jaki's schedule...?!) If I'm gonna be in the room a lot I can help with staffing the room, too.
