I noticed how much the train station reminds me of Twilight Town, so I was wondering if anyone wanted to head there during the summer for a photo shoot and meet up. It would be KH themed. Anyone interested?

In down town Portland. Its all brick like and looks a lot like Twilight Town. I just hope that I would have my Organization coat by July >_>

I might have a job during the summer, so I don't really know. I would think that I could get a day off easier on the weekend than the weekday. And I'm saying that for others as well.

Maybe we should have this be a Casual! Kingdom Hearts photo shoot!!! Since it seems that so far most of the people who are going will be doing a casual theme...Just an idea.

Well, you could just Google "Portland Train Station" and you should get an address, and do images to see pictures of it.
My thoughts were right in the fact that the MAX Green line has a stop at the station, but sadly, it doesn't open until September...That makes me sad.

So we are going to try to do a shoot in costume and a shoot in normal clothes. Does someone know a photographer? I'm sure a friend of mine might come along if I ask. She doesn't have a kingdom hearts cosplay so she can take pictures, and she can take pretty good ones.

Yeah I think i'll get some plaid cargo shorts kinda like Hayner, add some belts and tie it together with a baby-t with a cool looking design on it, from maybe Pac Sun or Zumiez if I have enough money for the pretty store, and I'll probably just wear my DCs or my Vans

Yeah... actually now that I think about it, my DCs would be too busy... (they've got like neon splatter paint design on the side with hilighter blue shoe laces...) and my Vans are kinda old, so my Etnies are a better bet. I can get some colored shoe laces to tie in whatever color theme i go with...
You think evergreen and sky blue would mesh well? or maybe something more "fruity" marly... IDK Twilight Town style doesn't seem to alot for fruity type dudes, so i'm thinking i'd do serious marly... Which leads me back to what color scheme would look best...

I'm going for blue and yellow :P maybe a little black. But I'm not too sure about sky blue and evergreen.....I think a pinkish color or red would be best.

I got the jacket for the Twilight Town Larxene. I also have the skirt so all I have to do is add the yellow part that goes over it, make boot covers, and find some white gloves and dye them yellow.

The long scruffy one that I think you found. It works perfectly and won't need much more styling than it already has, so it's perfect.

I saw~! you look awesome!! I just got off my first shift of work. It's pretty easy to figure out everything, I just have to get more used to it. I have another shift around the dinner hour at 6 and I won't get off until 8. Only 2 hours, but it gets scary crazy sometimes. XD

So there's a North Twilight Town in Portland and a central one in Eugene. The best KH cosplay I could pull together right now would be a random Pirates of the Caribbean buccaneer. Hopefully I can finally buy KH2 and not feel so half-minded about the theme. (half since I only own KH1)

Alright this photo shoot is getting closer and closer. A week from Saturday. I will start to hammer out the final touches. We are going to meet in the parking lot of the train station at 11:30, we will start taking pictures around noon. After the pictures are over I plan on heading over to China Town for the Dragon Moon festival.

The photo shoots are not official events they are planed out by con attendees. There is a sticky in the cosplay section called official photo shoot thread where there is a schedule of the shoots posted. But please remember that staff will not know anything about it, they are not planing it or anything like that.
And please can we stay on topic here? I know a max goes close to that area and it wouldn't be far to walk, your best bet would be to check out http://trimet.org/

I need to get dressed and finish buying Marly... I've got the pants and jacket left to go buy. jacket is going to be the hardest part since it's summer... but i might just wear one of the ones I have here...*shrug* i'll see what i can find...

So, sadly, my mom isn't letting me go now...She doesn't want me out having fun right before I leave for camp, since I still need to do work around the house...

i talked to my ride when I saw her today and she's going to ask her dad if she can use the car. I'm paying for gas and food so there shouldn't be any problem but if there is she's going to call me ASAP! >3 I'M EXCITED!!

So, I think I got TT!Riku done. ....Very simple. xD [/shot] Most of the accessories I have don't go with the shirt, and it's the only shirt I can use blah-blah-blah. Short answer: Simple, but it's done.

I am going to wear both. I'll take a few pictures with the cloak on and then change. But my casual outfit has changed a little. I'll be wearing the crop top but some long shorts and flip flops instead of the skirt and boots. The skirt has some glue holding some pieces in place and if I leave it in the car the glue could melt =/

I'm getting the final touches together for the morning. I want to have most things ready to go.
So remember we are meeting at 11:30 and start taking pictures at noon. I sent an email to the photographer but he/she hasn't responded so I'm not too sure if he/she will be there.
