If you have an issue with a specific user, notify a moderator or administrator, or report the post in which they post offensive content.  Do NOT open topics for the purpose of public ridicule of such persons.  This ruling is intended to protect everyone who uses these forums.  Again--if you have an issue, that's what the mods are here for.
