Title: How do I join this years 2011 Chess game

I'm thinking of being one of the chess Pieces in this years Chess game at Kumoricon, but I have no idea how to become one.

I'd recommend looking in the Panels area first to see if there's even going to be one.  If there is, they should have something mentioned as to how to join in; if not, you could PM the person hosting the game.
