Any of the eight people who pre-register for this could walk out of the con with up to 20,000 yen in prizes.

They don't know each other; however, if they want to win that money, they'll have to work as a team. But, seven of them will leave with nothing, as round by round, we eliminate the player voted the Weakest Link.

You could go the Dr. Who route. Have someone cosplay the Anne 'Droid. You know, minus the dissolvabeam.
