Title: Paypal Question

Does one have to have a credit card/bank account or will a prepaid card (those ones you can buy at Safeway and places like that) work to activate an account too? I want ot lift my $0 spending limit, haha.

Go for it... but if it ends up not working I'll have spent $50 on a card I can't use online D:

You have to be able to check the balance on the card, don't you?  Because PayPal will make a couple deposits of a few cents and you have to enter those amounts in to confirm it's your card / bank account.

Oh man, that's so confusing. I think I'll probably have to ask a sales person at a store for some professional insight :D
