I just found my vinyl original copy of Off the Wall late last night...loved the Wiz....it would be impossible to count the number of folks he influenced (not just with music but with thriller widely regarded as the best of the best)...this and Farrah Fawcett...sad sad...and the adult daughter of a dear friend of mine just died too

My English teacher loved the Jackson five. I have a lot of good moments in class involving them. :3 I'm gonna miss him even if his last years were a bit insane.

It is a shock. Just hard to imagine, the world without Michael Jackson in it. He was just that consistent figure, the living legend. It's a real shock, simply put.

I always loved his music, and will continue to do so. It is just tragic that his last years had to be so terrible and drama-riddled. Let us remember him for the ambitious, musical genius that he was - not the pariah that tabloids, mass media and greedy sycophants made.

Michael was my idol....I just cant believe he's dead....RIP  T_T

It was so sad that he had to pass on, with his fans all in despair.
He will surely be missed.
