Hey guys, ya know what?
I had so much fun at the last TWEWY meet up that I'm gonna host one this time.
You guys know that I'm cosplaying Joshua so it makes sense that I am the Composer for this.
Those who don't know? Play/Finish the game.

Where: Clackamas Town Center
Time: August 23rd, Reapers and GM's please come at 10 at the earliest 10:45 at the latest. Players can come at 12. Please show up in cosplay 8D we won't wait for you D<

PLAYER LIMIT! Sorry but this game isn't very fun if we have like 20 players XD
I'll allow 5 teams [10 players]
3 GM's, and 10 reapers. so that's [/23 people in total]
BUT that doesn't mean you can't show up and hang out with me yo!

Rules:
You need to be able to sent text messages and you need to have a partner before you sign up.
Reapers don't need partners of course.
Well probably meet up around lunch time so eat before you come or bring money for lunch.
As a participate in this game, you never know what I'll do so be ready~
I'll probably be the only one sending out missions even though GM's set them up so we don't have numbers flying around.
Be respectful of other people there. It is the mall, please don't be loud and be civil.
Any problems please tell me right away.
Missions must not involve any exchange of money in anyway.
No pictures inside please. I don't want to run into any security. Pictures are okay only in the food court and outside.
GM'S MUST PASS ALL MISSIONS THROUGH ME FIRST!

~Reapers:
    can be players at any point of the game.
    instructions will be sent to you personally.
    there will be walls you can choose the challenges, rules apply. [I'll explain]
    when in the game you do not have to have a partner but you may team up with a passing reaper player

~GM's
    Rules apply to said missions
    Missions must past through me [lets discuss missions 8D]
    You get to wait at the end of the destination with me 8D

Well the game is played in a world called the UG where basically the dead play the reapers game
Missions are sent out to cellphones and timers are usually set on players hands.
Players have to complete the mission usually before the timer runs out or they will get erased from the world.
In the game what happens when you enter the game what's most precious is taken from you and
you have to survive 7 full days of the game to be able to go back to the real world.
Along with all this you have a partner and pins that allow you to fight against noise which can attack you
Walls are also set up by reapers for you to pass.

The one I'm setting up is much more simple lol

Everyone should recruit friends and other cosplays, even if they don't know much about Twewy. It's a fun game even when you don't, as long as everything's organized and people play by the rules. And it's always more fun when we have more teams, since then we can post out more challenging missions >:3


TLDR I suppose except for people running this;
A few suggestions; missions should be pre-decided on among GMs and the composer (you got that covered, Monica <3) and then should be saved on GMs cells so you don't have to waste too much time trying and failing to type it out. If there are going to be a set number of missions (7 for 7 days or someth,) then keep a backup or two in case it somehow becomes impossible. There should be breaks after every mission (10-15 minutes) so that players can scatter or get some food without worrying too much.
Maybe for this, as opposed to the game, players that don't complete missions can be erased. If we could find a certain wider-open space or have a mission where we venture into the parking lot or something, we could have 'noise' or 'reapers' at random points where they would try to tag you within a certain area (and if you got past it you were free). Players could be pre-warned through text that something was in a certain area, and/or they could know when they saw the attacker wearing something (a noise symbol, reaper wings, a HAT of some sort). They could avoid that area all-together and go around, which might lose them the time to finish the mission, or they could run through >: D
Oh, also, since we're always stopped by people wondering what's going on, we could print out cards with info about the game or Kumoricon or just the meetups, so you could just hand it to inquirers instead of stopping mid-mission and losing precious time.


Also, for reapers, general knowledge questions are great for walls, rather than questions from the game that not everyone would know. you might want to have different questions for different teams if you don't want them cheating, but since they're competing against each other, they might not be so keen on cheating and you don't have to worry ;)

The 1st and 2nd in August are the Dragon moon festival, so I'll be busy *_* The first is also the KH photoshoot. The 16th is Kumoricon Three Weeks Early, and the 22nd is a Pokemon Gijinka Gathering that me and Megu might go to. The 8th or the 23rd looks like the best choice unless we want to plan it the weekend before the con :P

Eeee the only problem is if there are a lot of GMs, there'll either be a lot of missions, or each GM will only get to assign one or two missions ;~; I like sticking with three GMs so we could fit 3 missions in each, meaning three "games". That, and I have pretty nice ideas I don't want to sacrifice xD;;

We definitely want reapers though, since we want to be able to set up some walls, as well as have some other surprises they'll learn about at the meetup. As a reaper, you might end up running around, asking quizzes (LIKE A BOLT FROM THE BLUE~), manipulating players on your own time... The like. It'll be fun too and you'll have a lot more freedom than the players. :P

As stingy as I may be, it all comes down to the composer's decision though...

I agree with Hazuza and Pajamurai. The less amount of GMs, the better. As I said before, if we end up needing more Reapers, then I'll give up being a GM and be a Reaper, leaving ONLY 2 Game Masters.

Monica and I decided 3 GMs, 9 missions would be good. oAo Well, I actually kept whining about wanted 3 missions, so... xD Oh yeah, that includes her as one of the Gms, forgot to mention. >.<

She has some pretty nice plans if either Konishi or Sho leads a game though. Once it's decided who'll be the third GM, don't forget to clear your mission plans through her directly.

Why me? Monica lives right next to Clack, it'd make things a lot easier. xDD

She said though that missions should be held confidential between only the individual GM and the composer :P Meaning GMs can't share other GMs or the reapers. Reapers will learn their roles and their game's missions in a briefing before each game. The reasons being that before each game, GMs of other days can choose to be reapers or players, and reapers can trade places with players if they want.

I know we'll meet up before the players at the mall as well to go over final things and make sure there won't be any major problems.

The reason for Gm's and myself keeping missions confidential is because Gms and reapers are welcome to become players too.
After gm's are finished with their "week/3 missions" the are then reapers.
Of course then they become player reapers...But I was like screwy in the head so if gms don't become players reapers would be really helpful.
And also we'd[meaning Reapers and GMs, plus me] need to meet-up before the players do. I'd need to know your plans also before you set them out.
Sorry bucket XD I think were good on the GMs, I'd love it if you were a reaper though. You can throw in mission ideas with us and whatnot but Players are kept highly out of the circle :3

As for walls and missions I'll keep them down and stuff. I'll also have reaper reviews handy and what-not.

Oooo! I had an idea, you should have people as Noise that the players have to defeat in some way, whether it be a mind game or rock, paper, scissors, or something like that. And maybe when they defeat them, the Noise gives a hint to complete the mission? I would love to do that!

Oh, you had a friend that wanted to be Beat? *_* I kinda gave up on making it for Luke, since I can't afford the supplies anymore, but if your friend would be willing to pitch in to buy the main parts, I could help with some of the accessories.... I think.

Well, er, most of it you can just find at thrift stores, I suppose. The wristband, I don't know where to buy studs for, so you could probably pick one up from Hottopic or something that looks similar *_*;
I already have the pendant, and I'm halfway done with the hat. I can bring those to the meetup, no charge. Dana has a chain for the pendant I think, but if you can find a cheap, light chain for the necklace, that could work. Easy to find one right now with all the costume stores~

For the shoes, it'd be easiest to make them with a pair of slip-ons, craft foam, and twill or canvas. When I did mine, there was absolutely no sewing involved, (lul hotglue ftw!) so you could tackle it yourself if you want~ xD
Or you could have her give me the shoes somehow, and 5 bucks for supplies/labor/the chain thing on Beat's pants.

My mom said they're doing construction on... erm... I forget xD; A street nearby. Probably for adding in the MAX green line. So you might want to start heading there a bit earlier than you usually would.

Next time we make this we need to hammer into everyone how important it is to keep the date open |: You make plans around the number of reapers and players, so when people cancel it all goes to naught.

We had to go about the mall and try to collect all 4 numbered pins. The catch? There's only one of each. The ONLY way you could avoid being erased is by collecting all 4 pins. It got to the point where me and my partner had two, and eternal-spring [she became a player] and her partner had two, and neither pair would give theirs up.

That's after I battle through K-con, a LARP campout, the pirate festival, a rock concert, and hopefully somewhere in there, grab a job, and pound college around a bit. So maybe it could take three months or less, or it could be at my gamestop in Sherwood right now. Until then I'll just keep an eye out for the next event and learn from it.
Maybe I could reverse things and want to buy the game more after playing the cosplay version.
