Hey guys! A friend and I are interested in submitting a world meeting the countries of Hetalia! We will be doing a Q & A, possibly some games during intermissions or something, it's a still a little iffy but as me and my co-host figure it out I'll keep you guys updated

What Cosplay is accepted for the panel? Anything really, normal, 2P, casual, special outfits, etc :) we aren't picky

I cosplay as Prussia and have 4 panels' worth of experience as him under my belt. I'd love to be an alternate for that character if you'd like.

That would be great! I believe our Prussia is actually going to be Turkey for this year so we would love to have you as Prussia :)

Was there a particular time and day this will be submitted for? I'm interested in running a similar panel and I don't want the times to conflict.

I'm submitting the 18+ panel for Saturday, late evening. There will probably be a photoshoot mid afternoon that day to plan around, too. I'm thinking 1500-1700 for the shoot and 2000-2130 for the 18+ panel.

Hey, I'm going to be cosplaying as 2p!Italy, though I think I could get to normal Italy rather quickly, if accepted, that is. There's also another panel I intend on being in- if it's accepted- so I'm just praying they don't get planned on the same day or at the same time.

Oh, I just realized, you signed up as Rico for the same panel xD It's that Ask On Titan 2015 panel. I'm signed up as Horseface for that panel. So, I'm sure the schedule will be worked out fine.

Alright so before I submit this, anyone have any suggestions on fun things we can do during the panel? I don't want to have it being restricted to just asking questions

The only experience I have was being Eren in 2014's Attack on Kumoricon, but I really would love to be apart of it if you need someone ;o

What's the news on the panel's acceptance status?

The Panel did get accepted and it scheduled for Monday from 10 to 11 am ^^

In regards to panel content, is there a set of panel rules?

I just thought of a rule that will be really important. There needs to be no touchy subject involving the country, or any others, for that matter. I feel like that needs to be said.

That is a really good point, I'll even ask everyone to keep hugging requests and that kind of stuff till after the panel.

Since tomorrow is the panel, I would like to give some information to everyone:
We will be meeting around 9:30 am to say hellos and go over the panel before it starts tomorrow
Rules for the panel:
-Keep it PG-13
- Pictures and Hugs will wait after the panel
- Please silence all electronic devices
-Please be respectful of everyone
-As much as we love ships, please keep shipping questions to a minimum, as many of us have different opinions

For the rules adding a "Please no current real-world topics" since that one gets people into trouble a lot.
