I have'nt seen this topic in a while and seeing how it's getting closer to con time I think it's about time for everyone to show each other what we look like so we can find each other better and not straining our eyes at -cough- some of our bad hand writing on the con badges (mine included).
So uh, here's me... I was doing a story yesterday about these shoes and they turn me into a murder-er (Uh... It'll be on Livejournal.) I was super bored so I just took my new pink converse, half of my Card Captor Sakura cosplay, my Seifuku top and... some lace (Did you figure out I was going for the closet lolita? No? That's okay because it dosn't look like it, because it was a mockery of bad lolita.) And like... one of those weird curly ribbon things you put ontop of birthday presents. :]

You have to use an imaging program to turn the image, doing it in Windows XP with using the photoview doesnt work sometimes. I lowered the pixil ratio by 50% to save visual, aswell as physical size.

I do it on perpose. no matter what, even the most unbiast person assumes some things about you when you first meet them. One of these things that they assume they know is gender. They throw the word 'love' around. I find ti rude. :/

I have no clue! It bugs the hell out of me. Like "I don't like you, so you're gay"
Even if I was gay, I'd be proud of it and that wouldn't even bug me. I just don't get how it's an insult.
I guess it's just me then. :/ I have a lot of gay/questioning friends and the kids at are school... Alot of them are not too accepting. I find the word "Gay" when used out of context to be an insult.

Haha, thanks. I'm actually wearing cosplaylab violet contacts. They're for my Lust costume. I did wear them once to work and it completely distracted customers. Usually my eyes have a red/brown look to them.
As far as my hair, it's been dyed black as well for my Lust costume. So I don't have that mahogany look any more *pout*
And I'm so amazed that someone is 5'5"+ and is a size 2. I'm 5'4" and I fit in a size 6- I can't go smaller. I may look skinny but I got the curves ;D

I don't know about sale items... All I know about them is that you don't get points if you buy them. x_x I know that they still have Sold out products in stock alot of the time, because my parasol was put as sold out but I emailed about it and they said they had some. :]
And it's a cute coat. :D Although, i do find the color of the lace alittle off... like their antique whie lace... I think it'd be better if it had just plain white lace... Maybe that's just me. :]

And my dresser is just as bad. The cupboards to it and all the drawers are open--clothes hanging out. And my BED? Good GODS. Half of it is a mess of the clothes I've worn over the past week, manga, sketchbooks, art supplies...you name it. I think a petticoat is hidden in there somewhere, too. D:/

As an alternative, my brother and I could cosplay as the twins from Ouran Host Club. Only problem is there is most likely going to be plenty of people cosplaying as Host Club characters. But.. how many of them will be REAL brothers with a homoerotic overtone? Hmmmm..

Some Exhibits move museums if they are really popular so lots of people can see them.
OMSI has taken on different exhibits in the past like jurassic park and such. This time it was star wars! and my whole family, being the nerds we are, had to go.
related to science because of all the special effects in the movie and how they filmed it and yea the technology behind it that has influenced certain things.

I used garnier fructise permanent dye that was a red color that resembled kairi's (kingdom hearts)
my natural hair color is light brown or dirty blond..not sure if that really makes a difference though, or the fact that I've dyed my hair a whole bunch of times.

We've gotta break you in! Roxas is from Kingdom Hearts. Though I have never played the game (and honestly have no intent to ever do so *whisperwhisper*), I pick up things here and there. But I'm pretty similar to you, I haven't played most of the games that people talk about, I mainly just focus on the Final Fantasy series. I'd probably play more if I had a newer system, but I'm still playing on a launch version PS2, so it is on it's last legs, not playing much.
Anyway, I digress....

Aww thank you! That's really sweet. I tried contacts out, but I didn't like them very much. I probably would have been fine with them if i stuck out longer and got used to them XD. Actually neither me nor my aunt are cosplaying...that's just the way i normally dress. Oh and my aunt is both a wife and a mom.The pictures are from one of the ten family reunions we have yearly. Although i'm sure she'd go to a convention with me if I asked her too. Orochimaro gets tired of having snakes in his stomach and stuff so he puts all of them onto a giant robot plane he built. he then decided he liked his robot plane so he built a whole bunch more. of course, konoha had to counter attack and with lit_of_fey's kakashi bot designs, so yeah she created an army.

I was with the Boy Scouts National Jamboree. We went to a bunch.
My patrol leader was a huge perv and had a video camera. It was my job to wander around and look at the exhibits that pretty girls were near so he could get footage of them but have me in the frame as his excuse.
We actually scared a lady at Gettysburg into the bathrooms.

When i was in Boy Scouts the town had so many girl scouts being robed selling cookies that we had to escort them. Even now I only get cookies if the Troop Leader is in Uniform. Was any ones aunt a girl scout

I just have to ask, have you seen the film Shimotsuma Monogatari? I adore it, and those photos really make me think of that movie. That's how you make painting clothes. When I was a kid anytime we had crazy staind on something comfy it became painting clothes. They also can be pinch hitters for Laundry Day clothes.
It may ruin your clothes, but at least its less embarrassing than having a read handkerchief slip into the load of whites. OH NOES! Pink undies! :oops:
