I'm working on Haruko now. I'm wondering if anyone else is planing on cosplaying from FLCL to any con in 2012 not just kumoricon.

Awesome. My Haruko is just about done. I need to make the red dress and I would say the bass is over 50%. Its painted now I am just doing the gloss then I need to attach the parts and it should be done. :D

Wow, I would love to see some image updates of your bass :) As far I've gotten, I've got one wrist-to-elbow cuff for Canti finished so far, but will probably do much more this weekend (If I don't go to a haunted house).

Since this picture was taken the white line was added around the body and the neck was attached.

That looks fantastic! I think your cosplay will turn out epic :) Which cons are you going to?

I'm going to go to Sakuracon and Kumoricon this year it looks like. I would love to go to Akicon but I don't have the money. I may also try to go to orycon in November.

Sweet :D When our cosplays get more final we should think about meeting up in our FLCL. That way, we'd have a Haruko, a Mamimi, and a Lord Canti.

For sure! Right now the plan is to get it done by Orycon but who knows what is going to come up that might prevent me from getting it done.

I'm having to scrap my plans for Commander Amarao due to lack of time and funds. :( maybe next year.
