Registration Options and Prices

• $10 – Pre-register online or by mail until February 4
• $15 – Register at the door

Check-In

All attendees, both those who have pre-registered and those registering at the door, need the following to check in:

• Photo ID if age 18 or over
• Parental permission form if under age 18

Minimum Age Requirement

Attendees must be age 14 or over to attend the (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball.

Minors

A minor is anyone under the age of 18.

Minors ages 14 to 17 are required to have a signed parent permission form in order to attend the (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball. Download this form below.

Please fill in the fields, print, have a parent sign, and include with your mail-in registration, or bring it with you to the (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball if you registered online or are planning to register at the door.

(Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball Dress Code

The (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball is a casual event, with cosplay acceptable (no flip flops, T-shirts, or ripped jeans). A black and white theme is encouraged but not required. We reserve the right to turn away at the door those not observing the dress code. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us at winterball@kumoricon.org.

(Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball Policies

(Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball Event Policies – In addition to the dress code, all attendees at the (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball must follow these policies. These are very similar to the Kumoricon convention policies.

Online Pre-Registration

Online pre-registration is available through Acteva using your credit or debit card.

An email confirming your registration will be sent from acteva.com.

Mail-in Pre-Registration

You can pay for mail-in pre-registration by check or money order.

Your pre-registration must be received (not just postmarked) by February 4.

Mail-in Registration Form [fillable PDF] – To pre-register by mail to attend the (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball, please fill in the fields, and print and mail with payment enclosed to the address on the form.

At-The-Door Registration

You can register for the (Please Don’t Let It) Snow Ball at the door and pay by cash, personal/business check, or money order.
