Here is the schedule, as it was updated today:

Saturday May 17th from 9:45am till 5:30pm
Uwajimaya Plaza in Beaverton, Oregon

10:30 am: Elmonica Polynesian Club

1200noon: Kalabharathi School of Dance
12:30pm: Sheridan Japanese School Taiko
100 pm: Beaverton Mayor Rob Drake will cut the celebration cake for all
115 pm: Portland Chinese Dance Troupe
1:30 pm: Keiko Tanaka from Hawaii
1:30 pm: Monmouth Taiko Group
2:30 pm: Philippine Maharlika Dance Group of Salem
300 pm: Samoan Dancers of Salem
3:30 pm: A -Key Kyo Japanese Band
4:30 pm: Takohachi
5:00 pm Shorinji Kempo including the Portland Japanese School Kids

Lol I am arriving at the portland trainstation at about 11:35ish in the morning. Is there any possible way that I could get a ride from anybody from there to Uwajimaya? I really don't know my way around town so its hard for me to get to places like the transit station and such. If anybody could do this that would be a huge help and save me a super long walk up portland hills.

Nah, it's always free. I hope you make it out. Ifn ot, I'll be filming A-Key Kyo and you can at least see the video (though I know it wouldn't be the same).

I'll be there from 10 until 11:30 am, then I'll have to leave for the Beaverton Borders Monthly Manga Book club meeting from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. If any of you on the forum would like to join me, that would be great!
If possible, I might come back to Uwajimaya after the book meeting ends.

Also, like always I'll be bringing my camera, so come dressed in your best cosplay!

Setup starts roughly at 8:30am (maybe as early as 8:00), we do already have people there but more help is much appreciated! (and more fun

YAY!!! I wasn't looking forward to riding the max (it's scary the first time all by yourself).... Yeah if I can get a ride that would be awesome. I can even buy you some ramune or something in return

... I finally got my paypal card... just in time too I want to buy those giant bottles of ramune and possibly treat a couple of close friends out to dinner ^_^... Anyways <3 I will give you a call then... how much time do I need to call in advance? The train was fairly on time last weekend and got in at about 11:35am. Shouldn't be too many delays that time of the day XD. I am so excited now!!! YAY.. *notes she needs to check the forums more often, realizes she will have much more time to do so after school is out* Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I had a great time at the festival! =3 It was a little hot, but hey - it's better than rain/snow/hail/whatever. Ended up having shaved ice twice. XD Met some awesome people, and just overall had fun hanging out. Good times.

oh i always want to go on walks on rainy days... it's just every time that happens i'm at work or something like that >.<

think i might've preferred the april weather eventhough i was freezing and super sick... at least the pocky didn't melt >.< eve-boyfriend and i ate pocky "logs" rather than sticks... ah but so delicious!! strawberry shortcake *drool* and chocolate caramel... and rum raisin... and milk... mmm!
