I think it was a bot programed by some one with bad english skills set to spam forums with adds for the pills. The last two lines were orginaly linkes I assume went to web pages selling the pills. I know what hoodia diet pills are (made from a cactus the Kalahari bushmen eat to keep them chaising animals for a week with no food or sleep) but I have no idea what the part about he gordita is
