Day 1:
Black Butler - 11am - Esther Short Park
Vocaloid - 11 am - Meet in Red Lion Lobby (move elsewhere)
One Piece - Noon - Esther Short Park by the fountain (at the entrance of the park)
Avatar: The Last Airbender - Noon - Esther Short Park by the wading 'pool'
Bleach - Noon - The Park with the Clock tower
Valve - Noon - Esther Short Park
Kingdom Hearts (all Disney welcomed!)- 12:30pm meet at Esther Short Park (will move elsewhere) 1pm (move back to park)
Durarara!! - 1pm - Meet at Esther Short Park (will move elsewhere for actual shoot)
Tsubasa/xxxHolic - 2pm - Meet at Esther Short Park by the fountain (will probably relocate)
Hetalia - 2:30-3:30pm -Fountain in Esther Short Park (move elsewhere)
Final Fantasy - 3pm - Esther Short Park
SMT/Persona/Catherine (followed by dinner and King's Game) - 3:45pm - Meet in Hilton lobby (will move to other locations)
Yu-Gi-Oh - 4:30 - Meet in the Hilton Lobby (move elsewhere)
Resident evil - 4:30pm - Esther Short Park

I'll be trying to get multiple people to cosplay from the Eureka Seven Series. If everything works out I might have about 4 to 5 people from Eureka Seven there.

I'll be cosplaying Renton Thurston with his ref board. The prop can handle my weight so I'll be posing on it.
There'll probably be a tanned Eureka with me as well. So you could get some very good intimate shots of RxE.

I know that there WAS one, because I said that I'd go around downtown Vancouver and take pics of various places other than Esther Short Park, but I haven't gotten around to it. Did you want me to try and do that for you guys?

i will edit my post later to let you know what the times are for the kingdom hearts photoshoots but so far i know there will be 2 photoshoots and it will be in the park that is right in between the two hotels.

I'm thinking of doing a separate shoot for it. My friend and I were planning on just raiding the vocaloid shoot but we might do a private shoot instead.

Lawlz. It'll be my first group shoot! Aside from the one we did with Tom, a few weeks ago, I haven't done a shoot before. So I shall also be crying with you! ...which would be weird I suppose...BRK and Dead Master randomly crying...

For the FF shoot, Esther Short Park (the one right across from the Hilton) comes to mind as my number one choice as location. That is if it isn't crowded out by other shoots, which shouldn't be a problem if we time things well. I suppose waiting to see what time the other shoots are happening is the best thing to do right now.

^yeah i was about to suggest what people at Sakuracon did. just go with shoots one hour per shoot, and when that group chooses their time, the rest can go around the ones that have already made their decision. also i'll look around google maps and see if there are other locations in the area of the two hotels. there might be some smaller ones, for the smaller groups or for private shoot people want to do, since we know there are some groups of only 2 or 3

Just going off memory, I'm pretty sure there is space beneath an underpass near the Red Lion hotel, which would be good for anyone seeking a subterranean atmosphere (I plan on using this space myself at some point, hopefully).

I haven't been there either. On google maps it shows Esther Short Park across from the Red Lion but I don't know about any park between the two. I might have to take a field trip down there sometime and scout the area. For now I'll put you down for there but if you find anything else out let me know.

that's the park, that's "in between" doesn't mean it is right next to both of them. it was what some people who went there back a few years ago that described the location.
